Job Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Client Relationship Specialist in Markham, Ontario. This role is within the non-profit industry and the workplace is fully onsite. The primary function of this role is to build relationships with clients and manage customer inquiries.Responsibilities:

• Establish and build relationships with clients, mainly daycares and educational facilities.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to discuss our services and identify decision-makers for staffing needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence and inbound calls.
• Ensure efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Schedule appointments with clients to discuss their needs and our services.
• Use your customer service skills to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
• Leverage your experience in outbound sales to ask the right questions and understand client needs.
• Provide ongoing support for clients, acting as an account manager.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service role
• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach to work
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry processes
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage client calendars effectively.
