We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team at Mint SmartWash. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The pay starts at $32.30 per hour. The Client Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients across various industries.

Duties



Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that align with company objectives. Manage client accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support client acquisition and retention efforts. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics. Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams on key projects to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing client relationships independently. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Analytical skills to interpret data insights and develop strategic plans accordingly. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support client engagement initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
