We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Client Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to negotiate favourable outcomes for both clients and the company. As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Sales & Account Manager Duties:
Prepare action plans with the team for effective search of sales leads and new prospects
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning prospect and client accounts
Sell and promote our services offered, creating proposals and conducting presentations to prospective clients, responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships between TTS and the networks with which we have agreements, Maintain contact with all clients in all market areas, both active and inactive. Will be the primary point of contact for our network customer, ensuring quality customer service, take care network needs and concerns to built network loyalty.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and locations
Conduct client site visits to understand job requirements and work environments
Provide coaching and guidance to locations to prepare them for work flow
Monitor and evaluate location staffing needs and ensure timely and effective service delivery
Deliver stats every quarter to clients
Trade show attendance
Other duties as required
Requirements
A valid G or G2 driver's license with reliable transportation
Strong working knowledge of communication principles and practices
Prior sales experience, preferably in a call centre or B2B environment
Ability to operate a computer and peripherals, with strong typing skills
Management experience preferred
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must possess strong project management and time management skills
Must be skilled at updating CRM software
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment and see a project through to completion
Been involved in the disaster restoration field, in some capacity

Pay: $47,536.00-$55,983.00 per year
