We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to oversee and grow our client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive business development and foster long-term partnerships. The Client Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and maintaining high levels of client retention.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
Identify opportunities for business growth by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations to secure contracts, renewals, and upsells, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support client acquisition and retention efforts.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related roles with a focus on business development.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales activities.
Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to client engagement strategies.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
