CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - ANALYST

This role consists of contributing to revenue retention and revenue growth by assisting in the implementation of insurance solutions that meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. The individual will provide support to clients and client facing professionals within the team.
The candidate will be responsible for proactively and comprehensively responding to client needs and supporting opportunities development initiatives from both an internal and an external perspective.

We will count on you to:
Pre- Renewal:
Collect renewal information, prepare submissions and produce accurate client facing documents.
Use Microsoft Excel and other means to analyze changes in expiring versus renewal information.
Review and analyze quotation/comparisons.
As needed - participate in client meetings, underwriter meetings, and group presentations.
Post Renewal:
Accountable for coordination of binders & invoice issuance for each line of coverage.
Prepare premium allocation and risk allocation for billing and taxation purposes
Manage the billing and accounts receivable activity on assigned accounts.
Verify insurance documents for accuracy.
Prepare summaries of insurance and other client ready reports
On Going Basis:
Develop, monitor, update and ensure compliance with Renewal Action Plan.
Respond to client inquiries and insurer coverage/documentation requests; solve client account issues.
Electronic Filing
What you need to have:
1-2 years commercial insurance experience
Holds RIBO License; or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function and finance
Possess a solid understanding of basic property/casualty insurance principals and risk management concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work and consistently meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and TAM/EPIC
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
