Group Savings & Retirement/Permanent/Halifax/Telework with some in-person client meetings/Desired start date: End of January 2024 The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for the plan sponsor experience, retention, and relationship building. The CRM will represent iA Financial Group and will interact with our plan sponsors and plan advisors/consultants when speaking to our products, tools and services. Under the supervision of the Manger of Client Relationships, the successful candidate will be a key contributing member of our group retirement service team:

  • Dedicated point of contact for our valued clients in Ontario, developing, managing and building a valuable client relationship. Participating in the client\xe2\x80\x99s retirement committee meetings, annual meetings and/or employee meetings.
  • Providing new clients or existing clients a thorough training on our services, tools and the products they have.
  • Managing the client expectations by using strong and effective communication skills.
  • Responsible for understanding the needs of the client, finding a resolution that will satisfy the clients need while respecting iA\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and service standards.
  • Working on communication plans with the education team in order identify the any needs, improvements or opportunities to increase participation and/or member engagement in the pension program.
  • Proactively communicating and informing to your block of clients on our products, services and/or any legislative changes or new that affect their pension program.
  • Working with our Sales team to develop new business by practicing and actively participating in finalist presentation to any new prospective client.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining our service model and strategies.
  • Working alongside other CRMs in internal meetings and workshops to share experiences, knowledge and insightful tips to make everyone successful.
Your ideal career path looks like this:
  • Detailed pension knowledge and experience with strong technical skills
  • University degree (BA) and 5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning and customer services
  • Experience and understanding of the Lean Philosophy \xe2\x80\x93 A3\xe2\x80\x99s, Kaizens and DMS\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Expected to have excellent communication, presenting, persuasion and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Consultant/Advisor and client relationship management experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
  • Canadian securities course, or mutual fund license or CFP or life insurance license
