Client Relations Coordinator

who is eager to learn. In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch customer service for our clients who require automotive repair services.

What does it take for consideration at CSN Lift Auto Group?



Previous administrative experience required. Previous customer service experience required. Candidates who have experience with auto estimating will be given priority. Strong customer service, computer skills and attention to detail required. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment required. Valid Class 5 drivers license is mandatory.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:



Reporting to our highly experienced Location Manager, your duties will include:

Greet and make customers feel welcome from the moment they enter the shop. Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle. Obtaining customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork Close customer files with the relevant insurance company and communicate with insurance companies where necessary. Demonstrate superior communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Possess a professional and positive attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.
