Client Relations Agent

who can bridge service with strategy - someone who thrives in a people-first environment and takes pride in delivering value at every touchpoint. In this role, you will work closely with new and existing clients, supporting their journey from first contact to long-term satisfaction.

Our Agents Are Responsible For:

Acting as a trusted contact for clients, managing inquiries, requests, and feedback with care and precision Proactively reaching out to current clients to ensure satisfaction, identify needs, and uncover new opportunities Supporting internal teams by preparing customized proposals, documentation, and follow-ups that move relationships forward Assisting with client onboarding and guiding new customers through their initial experience with clarity and professionalism Helping promote our offerings by recommending tailored services and enhancements that align with each client's goals Tracking client interactions and sharing insights with leadership to support service excellence and business growth Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure each client interaction reflects our commitment to quality

What We Are Looking For:

Strong communication skills - you are confident, articulate, and easy to talk to A passion for people, with a customer-first mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude Experience in customer service, sales support, or client account management is a strong asset, though not required Organizational skills and attention to detail - you're comfortable juggling tasks and keeping things on track Self-motivation and accountability - you take ownership and see things through A positive, collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a supportive, high-energy team
