Job Description

You are the emotional and operational anchor of our client relationships -- the person who listens deeply, captures precisely, and connects meaningfully. You create alignment, trust, and momentum in every engagement, turning understanding into action and ensuring clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

This role owns three outcomes:



Absolute client alignment. Ease and efficiency in the client experience. Growth of relationships and referrals.

Responsibilities



Communicate consistently and maintain alignment with clients across every interaction. Listen deeply and capture every detail--verbal, written, and implied--so nothing is missed and everything is acted on. Monitor and respond to the full spectrum of client needs--rational and emotional--with empathy, precision, and follow-through. Continually enroll clients in our work, reinforcing confidence and clarity in the value we deliver. Create ease, efficiency, and speed in the client's experience by anticipating needs before they're voiced. Generate harmony with the client's vision, priorities, needs, wants, and fears--translating complexity into shared understanding. Expand our network and referral opportunities through trusted client and industry relationships.

Required Traits



Exceptional listener and communicator with the discipline to capture, document, and act on details. Deep emotional intelligence: perceives nuance, reads tone, and responds with accuracy and empathy. Conscientious and dependable: follows through completely and closes every loop. Commercially minded: reinforces value through clarity, not persuasion. Relationship-driven and growth-oriented: builds long-term trust through precision and care.

Experience and Education



5+ years in client partnerships, account leadership, or a comparable relationship-driven role. Proven success maintaining and growing long-term client relationships. Experience managing both the logistical and emotional dimensions of client engagement. Track record of capturing and executing on detailed client needs with consistency and accuracy. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
