Client Navigation Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a full time First Link Navigator Position to join our team. The candidate for this position must have a good knowledge of the health care system and know the range of services in the province for families to avail of. This position maintains community outreach for ongoing support and building a trusting relationship to those we serve.
The role helps to support families in navigating the health care system, providing education and guidance on their individual needs. Working with families to offer coping strategies and identify support networks in the community.
Preferred work experience would be social work or psychology of 2+ years. Knowledge of community services within the province. Good time management skills and organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Coordinate the implementation of educational programs and peer support groups.
Candidate must have similar work experience and skill sets to provide evidence-based services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
