In this role you will be expected to develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy for North America, taking ownership of lead generation and nurturing initiatives. Delivering Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies working closely with the wider Marketing team and our Sales teams across Canada and the US
Partnering with the global creative and digital teams to produce campaigns for all stages of the sales funnel

Using your strong understanding and experience in the use of analytical tools and techniques, you will confidently present campaign plans geared to ROI. Your excellent communication skills will help build relationships with stakeholders both within and outside of the business, including board level.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Help develop the journey map and value proposition of the Ideal Customer
Develop and deliver successful customer acquisition strategies
Be responsible for end-to-end campaign management
Engage with the Digital Marketing team and Creative Specialists to create and deliver successful demand generation campaigns including ABM
Create integrated marketing campaigns across all media
Draft objective-driven strategic and creative briefs
Develop and manage events (virtual and IRL) to engage our client base and report on ROI
Work with content, digital and B2B teams to ensure the FDM website is constantly updated
Identify and develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that will build FDM\'s brand
Work with the social team on creating engaging campaigns to grow brand awareness and attract leads
Take command of campaign budgets, measure and evaluate campaigns, and regularly communicate ROI and areas for continual improvement to management
Support the wider management team to ensure budgets are met and resource planning for campaigns are implemented
Ensure continuous market and audience research for the target audience is conducted
