Sales Executive Government/Healthcare/Education Canada

The Sales Executive supporting Government, Healthcare and Education in Canada is responsible to provide account management, client relationship management, sales expertise, and sales support for Xerox Direct. The Sales executive will be expected to work in partnership with the field sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and direction for the account. The SE will market, close and support sales cycles for all solutions hardware and services where appropriate, this will involve initiating and maintaining sales-oriented activities with both new and existing clients. This position will focus on both short-term sales activity within the account, as well as developing and implementing a longer-term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and continue to provide customer value and obtain future business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executing Sales Activities: prospecting, qualifying opportunities, closing deals,
  • At a minimum, achieve monthly forecasts and quarterly and annual sales targets (plan). Sales targets are set based on assignment. Primary sales target ($) Total Sales Revenue
  • Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships and create new customer relationships, through regular contact and communication
  • Responsible for growing and managing pipeline inside the Xerox offering
  • Entering activities and information inside CRM (Sales Force) and achieving activity targets
  • Providing existing account coverage and development of new revenue generating opportunities including services
  • Consistently update the customer on new solutions from Xerox that provide value to their organization
  • Pursue self-development to remain current on Xerox portfolio
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales success and achievement of sales targets/customer satisfaction metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to self-develop and to continuously expand your knowledge about your clients and Xerox
  • Able to identify and develop effective relationships with key, decision-makers to drive and advance opportunities
  • Passion for technology
  • In depth knowledge of competitor products and solution offerings to ensure the successful positioning of Xerox offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools and CRM\'s
  • Strong relationship building and drive to succeed
