We're looking for a

Client Finance Manager

to oversee a portfolio of client companies, providing full-cycle accounting oversight, cash-flow management, and business advice. You'll act as a fractional controller for multiple growing businesses -- coordinating with our internal bookkeeping team, reviewing financials, preparing management reports, and advising owners directly.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client businesses, serving as their key finance contact. Oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting (prepared by internal bookkeepers). Review financial statements, identify issues, and communicate insights to clients. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections. Support tax and compliance coordination with our internal and external teams. Advise clients on process improvements, KPIs, and business decisions. Coordinate with internal accounting and admin teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Build trusted relationships -- you're the go-to "back office CFO" for your clients.
Requirements

5-10 years of accounting experience (industry, public, or mixed). Solid understanding of financial reporting, accrual accounting, and cash flow. CPA designation (or working toward it) is a strong asset. Comfortable juggling multiple client relationships. Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and management reporting tools. Detail-oriented but commercially minded -- you can talk numbers andbusiness. Excellent communicator who enjoys helping entrepreneurs succeed.
