Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the implementation of various projects and initiatives, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and deliver value to our clients. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Duties

Lead the implementation of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project for effective tracking and reporting. Manage client relationships and oversee vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations. Provide training and support to customers on new systems or processes introduced during implementation. Analyze data collection methods and perform data analysis to inform decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Develop comprehensive project plans that include budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Experience

Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in implementing SaaS business models or similar technologies. Familiarity with Agile, and PMBOK standards is highly desirable. Strong supervisory and leadership experience with a focus on team management and consistantly delivering value. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering and quality management practices, then communicating this clearly within the company. Strong negotiation win skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication. Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
