Artistic Dental Ceramic is hiring for a Customer Experience Specialist. Our laboratory is located in Richmond BC just a convenient 2 blocks from the Canada line SkyTrain for easy commute. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday.

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you would ensure end-to-end client experiences of Artistic Dental Ceramic clients are seamless and positive. This is a full-time position supporting the General Manager with monitoring workflow, providing client support, helping host occasional events and help the build client relationships.

Daily responsibilities would include:

- Answering incoming calls from dentists offices

- Coordinating any cases to be picked up from clients

- Receiving incoming work, entering into the lab production management software

- Supporting the General Manager to update them on special requests and collecting necessary case information

- Monitoring cases throughout the process to ensure work is on time

- Work with the General Manager to help coordinate marketing and sales initiatives

- Respond to clients emails and phone requests

- Follow up with client service calls and develop good working relationships with the dental offices

- Ensuring cases are packed up and returned to the clients on time

- Help as needed in the lab
