with strong people skills, a sharp design eye, and a passion for visual storytelling. In this hybrid role, you'll guide clients through their design journey--from first inquiry to final delivery--while helping shape the look and feel of our brand through creative marketing.
You'll support clients with product selection, quotes, and a smooth, professional experience. At the same time, you'll help execute marketing initiatives that showcase our craftsmanship, strengthen our visual identity, and elevate our presence across digital channels.
You'll collaborate with sales, production, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences and polished, visually compelling content.
What You'll Do
Client Service & Sales:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone and email.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
Process orders, returns, and payments while maintaining detailed CRM records.
Partner with production, design, and shipping teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Proactively follow up with clients to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Bring professionalism, patience, and product knowledge to every client interaction.
Marketing & Brand Support:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
Help craft marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Maintain and update website and social media content to ensure it's fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
Organize and manage marketing files, including creative assets, videos, and brand materials.
Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team, scheduling, coordinating, and adding a touch of creative flair.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Assist in organizing trade shows, product launches, and other company events.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to bring marketing ideas to life.
What You Bring
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client service, sales coordination, administration, and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Familiarity with 3D design software
Skills in photography and video creation for social media.
Comfort using CRM systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team.
