Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, the Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. They organize and process enrolment into our clinic, conduct orientation calls, welcome clients and answer any questions they may have. The Client Experience Coordinator provides a high-end concierge level service, connecting with clients in-person, by email or phone.
