Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, the Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. They organize and process enrolment into our clinic, conduct orientation calls, welcome clients and answer any questions they may have. The Client Experience Coordinator provides a high-end concierge level service, connecting with clients in-person, by email or phone. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage the full-cycle client enrollment process, including issuing service agreements, Release for Medical Records and contacting previous physician offices and clinics as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Conduct client orientation calls providing information on our programs and services. \xc2\xb7 Manage client requests and answer questions to ensure all inquiries are met. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing our high client service standards and values in every interaction.
