Your Focus

Be the face of CherryNook.

Greet clients with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm

Introduce new clients to the CherryNook experience

, showcasing our products and guiding early-stage decisions

Stay one step ahead

by managing calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and personality

Keep our showroom looking sharp

, polished, and ready to impress

Support the flow of every project

, helping clients and internal teams stay organized and informed

Create and maintain client job folders

, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate deliveries, mail, and front?desk logistics

Manage office supplies and small operational tasks

with initiative

Jump in wherever needed

, supporting designers, project managers, and installers with administrative tasks

Who You Are

A natural people?person with exceptional communication skills Organized, proactive, and always looking for the next thing to tackle Someone who thrives in a fast?moving, creative environment Confident, polished, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease Comfortable with computers and office software Experienced in customer service or admin roles (an asset, not a requirement) Passionate about design, interiors, or millwork -- or excited to learn Driven to grow your skills and eventually expand into design or project support
