We are currently seeking a full-time Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a member of PRIM Brow Bar + Skin Studios Client Experience team, you are the face of the business and the first point of contact for studio guests in all areas of communication: in person, via email or over the telephone. Position

: Client Experience Coordinator

Qualifications:

Experienced Customer Services Representative with a passion for skin care and values a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills in dealing with clients as well as an ability to work and communicate within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail is necessary both in written communication with clients as well as placing orders and other administrative tasks. Strong organization skills are required to stay on top of regular tasks such as inventory management and client follow-ups. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to multi-task as often you'll be dealing with multiple clients at the same time. Training will be provided as necessary. Industry experience considered an asset.

Hours

: Full time hours including Saturdays and some evenings

Compensation:

Starting $17/hr + Commissions

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

Greet arriving guests in a pleasant, helpful manner. Be knowledgeable to assist with any service/product related questions. Hang outerwear in the appropriate area; no outdoor shoes in the studio area. Answer incoming phone calls; make guest feedback/satisfaction calls. Schedule appointments Perform inventory counts Prepare and place retail orders once approved by management Respond to incoming reception email Dust, sweep and mop front reception area Keep retail shelves well merchandised with up to date POP (point of purchase) material Opening and closing duties as stated in Client services employee manual Cashout verification Entering online gift cards into system Packing and shipping online orders
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
