The Opportunity

As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a

Client Experience Coordinator

--the friendly, organized, professional first point of contact for our clients. You'll play a key role in shaping the client experience, supporting our team, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and is eager to learn about the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email Manage advisor calendar and client appointment scheduling Organize office events and client appreciation initiatives Maintain client records and CRM updates Scan, file, and manage incoming/outgoing documents Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth experience Contribute to a positive, warm, and professional office environment Provide general administrative support to staff and the leadership team
A background in investments, insurance, or income tax is an asset, but not required--we will train the right person.
