We're hiring a
Client Experience Associate (CEA)
to support our advisors and operations team, and to help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a career-building role with a clear path toward licensing and long-term growth in wealth management.
About the Role
The CEA works closely with advisors and operations to support client meetings, manage workflows, complete investment processing tasks, coordinate documentation, and keep our client experience running smoothly.
Your work directly increases advisor capacity, strengthens client trust, and supports the accuracy of planning and investment processes.
What You'll DoClient Experience & Service
Welcome and onboard clients
Respond to inquiries and coordinate documents
Maintain CRM accuracy
Prepare meeting materials and summaries
Assist with scheduling and participate in meetings as needed
Advisor & Planning Support
Coordinate pre- and post-meeting workflows
Prepare forms, documentation, and signature packages
Support financial planning and insurance reviews
Keep client review cycles on track
Investment & Operational Support
Complete account openings, transfers, and processing requirements
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
Support reporting and internal administrative projects
Support continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and client service standards
What You Bring
1-3 years in client service or administrative support (financial services an asset)
Strong detail orientation and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and strong organizational skills
A desire to grow a career in financial planning and wealth management
Licensing Path (Firm-Funded)
Registered Representative (Licensed Assistant) requirements completed within
12-18 months
LLQP completed afterward
Structured study time + paid courses + hands-on support
