Your Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and accompany them throughout their visit Manage spa and massage therapy bookings in the reservation system Verify schedule accuracy and ensure proper guest care Handle billing and follow up on payments Respond attentively to in-person, phone, and email inquiries Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas Preserve the serenity and cleanliness of all spaces Replenish supplies and assist with laundry operations Collaborate closely with the team and management Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the spa

Profile Sought
