Role
The Client Executive, Private Client Insurance is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, supporting business development initiatives, and providing tailored risk and insurance solutions. Working closely with internal producers and specialists, the Client Executive ensures the effective execution of strategies that support growth, client satisfaction and retention.

Key Accountabilities
Manage a book of existing clients within the Private Client Team, delivering high standards of service and timely issue resolution
Contribute to new business growth and overall departmental goals
Collaborate with internal producers to develop and execute business development strategies, identify new opportunities, and generate leads through networking and referrals
Gather and analyze data on potential markets, clients, and sales opportunities
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations across departments and business areas
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects and key industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing accounts
Conduct risk assessments and coverage reviews; recommend tailored insurance solutions
Conduct thorough annual client renewal reviews in a timely manner, negotiate policy terms with insurers and present submissions and policy requests
Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely processing of endorsements, renewals and other documentations
Support clients throughout the claims process, assist and counsel clients on claims management and loss mitigation strategies
Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements
10+ years of experience in high-net-worth personal insurance
RIBO license required; CIP, CRM or related designations are considered assets
Proficient with insurance management software such as EPIC
Strong knowledge of high-net-worth insurers such as Chubb, Intact Prestige, Aviva Ovation and Northbridge Onyx
Experience with insurer portals such as Intact, Aviva, Northbridge are considered an asset
Experience in cross-border placements with third party brokers is considered and asset
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Solid knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory environment
Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Results-driven, customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to travel periodically to other offices as needed
