About The Role
As a Client Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our partners across national and global markets. You'll build and manage relationships with multi-brand customers at the executive level, positioning TD SYNNEX's full value proposition. You'll also collaborate with local leadership to implement strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and market share.

What You'll Do:
Develop and own comprehensive customer business plans, including pricing models, value propositions, and geographic coverage strategies.
Design and execute marketing plans for new business, renewals, and annuity-based offerings.
Set and track quarterly and annual sales goals; analyze performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Lead Solutions Path engagement, including training and certification planning.
Conduct monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with business unit leadership and supplier partners.
Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic and ISV partners.
Expand business lines by enhancing the customer experience and promoting TD SYNNEX's full suite of services and solutions.
Identify new opportunities through corporate-level engagement and collaborate with field teams to develop operational plans.
Proactively address customer satisfaction concerns and lead resolution efforts through cross-functional coordination.
Champion TD SYNNEX's capabilities and ensure alignment with the customer's long-term business vision.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in advanced solutions sales or strategic account management.
Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts, including ISVs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in executive settings.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.

En tant que Directeur(trice) de comptes clients, vous jouerez un role cle dans le soutien de nos partenaires sur les marches nationaux et internationaux. Vous developperez et gererez des relations avec des clients multi-marques au niveau executif, en mettant de l'avant la proposition de valeur complete de TD SYNNEX. Vous collaborerez egalement avec les dirigeants locaux pour mettre en oeuvre des plans strategiques favorisant la croissance, l'innovation et l'augmentation de la part de marche.
Ce poste est ideal pour une personne strategique, axee sur les relations, qui s'epanouit dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, et qui est passionnee par l'experience client exceptionnelle.
Vos responsabilites :
Elaborer et gerer des plans d'affaires complets pour les clients, incluant les modeles de tarification, les propositions de valeur et les strategies de couverture geographique.
Concevoir et executer des plans marketing pour l'acquisition de nouveaux clients, les renouvellements et les offres recurrentes.
Definir et suivre les objectifs de vente trimestriels et annuels; analyser les performances et ajuster les strategies au besoin.
Diriger l'engagement dans le programme Solutions Path, incluant la planification de la formation et des certifications.
Realiser des revues mensuelles des ventes et des bilans trimestriels avec les dirigeants des unites d'affaires et les partenaires fournisseurs.
Etablir et renforcer les relations au niveau executif avec les partenaires strategiques et les editeurs de logiciels independants (ISV).
Developper les lignes d'affaires en ameliorant l'experience client et en promouvant l'ensemble des services et solutions de TD SYNNEX.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunites par l'engagement au niveau corporatif et collaborer avec les equipes terrain pour elaborer des plans operationnels.
Traiter de maniere proactive les preoccupations liees a la satisfaction client et diriger les efforts de resolution en coordination interfonctionnelle.
Promouvoir les capacites de TD SYNNEX et assurer l'alignement avec la vision d'affaires a long terme du client.
Profil recherche :
Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en vente de solutions avancees ou en gestion de comptes strategiques.
Succes demontre dans la gestion de comptes d'entreprise complexes, incluant les ISV.
Diplome universitaire ou experience equivalente.
La certification PMP est un atout.
Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation, particulierement dans les contextes executifs.
Capacite demontree a elaborer et executer des plans d'affaires et de marketing strategiques.
Esprit analytique avec aptitude a interpreter les donnees et a prendre des decisions eclairees.
Disponibilite pour voyager a travers le Canada et les Etats-Unis.
