Client Engagement & Retention Specialist
ensures every guest continues their wellness journey with ongoing support, proactive follow-ups, and exceptional care across our
Medical Aesthetics
and
Wellness
divisions.
About the Role
You'll play a central role in keeping our clients active, informed, and connected. From follow-up messages and care reminders to reactivation calls and review requests, you'll maintain the link between our clinic and our clients' long-term results.
This position works closely with providers, guest care, and leadership to uphold our Client Care System and Retention Protocols - ensuring that every client feels seen, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client follow-up cycles.
Execute the annual recall process and reactivation campaigns per retention protocols.
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, service satisfaction, and "reason for loss."
Support the client care workflow: verifying service information, home-care recommendations, and rebooking instructions.
Encourage client feedback and reviews, escalating concerns to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with providers and guest care to ensure every client receives consistent communication and care continuity.
Assist with providing retention data and information to head office.
Reach out to clients to inform them of new offerings, promotions and events.
Assist with guest care coverage as required.
Assist with guest inquiries as required.
What You Bring
A background in client relations, patient coordination, or wellness program engagement.
Confidence with CRM or medical software.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
A genuine interest in client wellness, aesthetics, and long-term results.

Schedule & Availability
This is an
in-clinic position
at either our
Sherwood Park
location. Options to work out of our other locations may come available depending on space (after 90 day training has been completed). Full-time and part-time roles are available.
