About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-knowledgeable Client Development & Comfort Advisor to lead the growth of our residential service division. This is a high-energy, results-focused role where you'll be expected to create opportunities, close work, and mentor our team.
What You'll Do
Create Opportunities: Get out into the community, shake hands, and generate new work by connecting with homeowners, builders, and local businesses.
Close Sales: Price and present HVAC and home service solutions -- from repairs and upgrades to full system replacements -- and close the work.
Drive Targets: Meet or exceed clear monthly and quarterly goals for leads, revenue, and closing rates.
Coach the Team: Mentor our service technicians on identifying opportunities and increasing their close rates on maintenance and repair calls.
Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, wins/losses, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements
HVAC Knowledge is a Must - you must understand residential HVAC systems, service calls, repairs, and installations.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills -- comfortable in front of homeowners and decision-makers.
Experience mentoring or coaching a team is an asset.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
