We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
Duties
Point of Contact of Agency P&C and commercial Insurance clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to new quotes , billing and policy change inquiries via phone, email in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly within financial services .
MUST have OTL licens or Willing to get withi ntwo weeks.
