We are looking for an efficient, motivated and flexible individual to support our administration team.
Duties include
:
- Greeting visitors to the office and answering the phones
- Registering customers & responding to inquiries regarding various first-aid courses and AEDs
- Processing course rosters & preparing course paperwork
- Invoicing & processing payments
- Cleaning & packing equipment
- Classroom set up/clean up
- Data entry
Who we're looking for
:
- 3 - 5+ years experience in a customer service role / office environment
- Positive attitude & friendly demeanor
- A self-starting individual that takes initiative
- Strong problem solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills (If you are gifted in IT, that is a bonus!)
- Excellent customer service, communication & teamwork skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- French bilingual
