The Opportunity

We are seeking a

Client Care Specialist

to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about helping others. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line client support over the phone Assist team members with administrative tasks and client file management Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems Manage emails and scheduling efficiently and professionally Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients Support the coordination of appointments, follow-ups, and documentation Flexibility on available hours to work. Evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and accurate note-taking habits
