Your Role:

Greet and assist clients with a smile, making them feel welcome and cared for Organize appointments and manage client communication with efficiency and warmth Collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, and support staff Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is focused on the pet's health and the owner's needs

What You Bring:

Empathy and enthusiasm for serving pet owners Strong communication and organizational skills A collaborative spirit, ready to build trusting relationships with clients and team members A hunger to learn--pet health knowledge is a bonus, but we'll train you! English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
