CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Aqualitas is currently looking for an energetic, compassionate, and focused Client Care Representative to join our team at our Brooklyn, NS facility.
You will work collaboratively to manage all incoming calls to our Client Care Centre and ensure they are answered in an accurate and professional manner in compliance with the company's standard operating procedures as regulated by Health Canada.
Work Performed
Customer Service- Answer incoming calls/emails/faxes from Clients, Veterans and Medical Professionals in a friendly and positive manner to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer service experience. This will include processing order requests and product returns, assisting in the registration process, and answering inquiries.
Education- Provide callers with accurate information regarding Aqualitas' products, strains and related accessories.
Documentation and Records- maintain accurate and complete client records and filing systems.
Order Processing -Preparing, processing and packing all medical orders
Secondary packaging of 2.0 products (oil, vapes, rosin, etc. into boxes, bags, adding labels)* Inventory Management -organize and administer inventory of all medical products, requesting release checks with QA, initializing label printing.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 diploma
2+ years experience in a customer-focused or call centre environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (bilingual English-French is considered an asset)
Front-line experience within a medical clinic or similar setting is considered a definite asset
Ability to deal with difficult clients and be able to de-escalate situations on the phone
Acute attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities
Demonstrate good knowledge of cannabis products and medicinal benefits
Exhibit sound judgment and a high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
Be quick on your feet with dynamic problem-solving
Good Organization skills
Have a team-focused approach for optimal results
Proficient in computer and software systems and applications (knowledge of customer service metrics and analytics is an asset)
