We're looking for a
Client Care Manager
who shares our passion for people and thrives in a team that values trust, communication, and making a difference. This role blends relationship building, client care, and leadership with opportunities to grow the business and strengthen our presence in the community.
What You'll Do
Build meaningful connections with clients and families by listening to their needs, offering personalized care solutions, and following through on every promise.
Reflect our

in every interaction always aiming to exceed the expectations of clients, families, and CAREGivers.
Partner with our CAREGivers to ensure smooth introductions and ongoing support, reinforcing a culture of respect and teamwork.
Conduct Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits, making sure care plans evolve as clients' needs change.
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with referral partners in the community (retirement homes, LTC, hospices, hospitals).
Collaborate closely with your teammates and leadership, participating in weekly meetings and sharing feedback openly.
Recognize and celebrate CAREGiver contributions, helping to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Contribute to the growth of our Guelph/Waterloo office by approaching client care with a sales mindset seeking opportunities to expand services while always putting people first.
Uphold the standards of our
Quality Management System
, ensuring that every detail from consultations to complaint resolution is handled with care and professionalism.

What You Bring
Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, hospitality, or a related industry.
A proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead with empathy.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
Role Details
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (with some evenings or Saturdays for client needs).
Reports to the General Manager.
