Overview


We are seeking a licensed real estate salesperson who loves real estate, is client obsessed and relationship-driven to lead our client experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, leads with diplomacy, strives to go above and beyond, ensuring that our team's diverse clientele receives exceptional service. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to multi-task and wants to be part of a team.

Responsibilities



Manage Day to Day client communication and follow up Project Manage Yearly Event Calendar Manage CRM & Database contact touchpoints Oversee Listing and Closing Checklists Ordering and Delivering Client Gifts Coordinating all Trades Manage and Execute Monthly Newsletters

Qualifications



Must be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with 3 years Minimum Experience Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in digital and social marketing Familiarity and/or experience with CRM systems High level of emotional intelligence with a service-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Bonus pay
Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-01
