We're a fast-growing startup seeking a

talented, responsible, and hospitality-driven Client Experience Lead

to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves.

Key Responsibilities:



Create a warm, professional, and supportive environment for clients--whether in-person, online, or over the phone. Assist clients with supplement purchases and provide knowledgeable guidance. Support clients with bookings, inquiries, and personalized nutrition programs. Perform front desk duties including greeting members, managing check-ins, and coordinating schedules. Maintain facility standards by assisting with daily operations, inventory, and supplies. Conduct research to support nutrition and wellness programs. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in

hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments

. Strong customer service and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools. Familiarity with supplements and holistic health practices is a plus. Passionate about health, fitness, and client care. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
