Job Description

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for all front desk duties at our London and Kitchener locations. The Kitchener office is open Monday and Wednesday, and London is open Tuesday and Thursday. The current hours are

Mondays

work-from-home,

Tuesdays

and

Thursdays

in the London office, and

Wednesdays in the Kitchener Office

.

Duties include answering telephones, checking patients in for appointments, calling clients to book appointments, billing, processing payments, typing and editing reports, and other clerical/ administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
