We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client care Coordinator that has the experience to bring new clients to the business across the GTA and peel region. This role is a percentage/commission based opportunity. You will liaze with independent homes, senior care facilities, adult senior day cares, seniors community, go for senior events and activities to onboard new clients to the business. You will also carter for existing clients.
Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
Manage patient information efficiently using electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Verify insurance details and assist patients with billing questions related to the services provided.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate smooth clinical operations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
Prior experience in client coordination with a senior care agency.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to healthcare documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient service.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with partnering and collaborating with senior care homes to get contracts and placement.
