Responsibilities
Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of provider schedules
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with privacy regulations
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing or payment questions
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts or concerns
Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders, test results, or post-visit instructions
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to support clinic operations
Assist with clinic cleanliness following health and safety protocols
Qualifications
Prior experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred, especially within physiotherapy or massage environments
Strong office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with insurance verification processes is a plus
