Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in security and working with diverse populations. This role involves monitoring the safety and well-being of our staff and clients, to help foster a friendly and non-threatening environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor the facility and ensure the safety and security of clients and staff. Build trust and rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and safe. Report on client behavior and any unusual activity. Intervene in cases of hostility or conflicts, ensuring the safety of clients and staff. Provide friendly support and assistance to clients as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents and interactions. Monitor security cameras

Requirements

Security experience or a background in maintaining a safe environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Commitment to providing high-quality client care in both outpatient and inpatient environments. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills. Physical capability to intervene in conflicts if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
