Join Our Team - Client Care Assistant

Type: Part-time (with opportunity to grow into Full-time)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hrs/week)
Wage: $18-$20/hr to start, depending on experience

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and positive Client Care Assistant to be the friendly voice and organized force behind our client interactions. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

- Communicate with clients via email & phone -- providing excellent service every time
- Process & track sign orders with accuracy & attention to detail
- Stay organized & manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Collaborate closely with team members & vendors to keep projects on track
- Update & maintain client files

What You Bring

- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (an asset)
- Basic Mandarin language skills (an asset)
