Position Summary

This role combines client management, marketing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys building strong connections with clients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client communications and follow-ups throughout the mortgage process. Support client retention with post-closing check-ins, milestone outreach, and ongoing relationship management. Coordinate gifts, events, and client appreciation initiatives. Create and manage marketing content across social media, newsletters, and other platforms. Assist with scheduling, CRM updates, and general administrative tasks. Track key business metrics and provide regular updates to the team. Collaborate with referral partners and maintain positive working relationships. Explore opportunities to use technology and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in client service, administration, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable with technology, social media, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on client experience.
