The Opportunity

We are seeking a

Client Care Advisor

who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their care journey with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset. You'll blend relationship-building, consultative sales, and care coordination to ensure clients receive exceptional, personalized service.

What You'll Do

Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and families. Conduct in-depth Care Consultations and develop customized service plans. Stay in touch with potential clients, offering guidance and support. Oversee client care plans, adjusting as needs change. Collaborate with Care Pros, schedulers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service. Lead client and Care Pro introductions to create strong connections. Conduct quality assurance visits and maintain accurate documentation. Address client concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination (preferred). Comfort working directly with older adults and families. Post-secondary education in Health Care Aide, Social Work, Gerontology, or related fields (an asset). Strong communication skills--warm, clear, and compassionate. Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sales ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if client visits required). Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
