Roles and Responsibilities
Greet all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, and schedule appointments using Blueprint.
Create revenue generating opportunities by driving patient appointments and reaching out to current and potential clients.
Respond to all inquiries.
Process, submit and track insurance and government claim forms.
Maintain hearing aid inventory.
Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids.
Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a medical or client-oriented office.
Prior experience with greeting clients, scheduling appointments, payment processing, and tracking of supplies/inventory in an office environment.
Working knowledge to expert knowledge of all third-party insurance programs, is a definite asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
