Job Description
You will be responsible for front-end operations at Cyclebeat Club (CBC), be a part of sales promotion of CBC and enjoyment of its members at our studio, 719 Johnson St. Victoria, BC. This is a unique fun opportunity to work with and be side our clients.
CA Responsibilities:
Open and close our facility in the morning shift.
Greet all class participants with a smile and build a positive rapport.
Check-in members and help with bike set-up.
Sell Cyclebeat Club services and products with passion.
Help maintain a spotless studio.
Create and maintain a fun and safe environment.
Ensure all classes run smoothly and efficiently.
Help with creating and implementing studio events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities on the Job
Be familiar with Apple OS/iOS and have the ability to use Apple computer programs. Confidence with talking on the phone and in person. Be creative in event planning. Ability to think quickly on your feet and problem solve.
