Job Overview:



The primary responsibility of this position is to manage asphalt paving quotes through phone and email communications, alongside delivering accurate asphalt maintenance estimates using satellite imaging, in accordance with Black Tar's established systems and methodologies. Under the direction of our Sales Coach (manager), the successful candidate will ensure the provision of high-quality quotes, while also adeptly handling any customer inquiries or concerns regarding their projects with utmost clarity and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Manage and update asphalt paving estimates using CRM software and satellite imaging for efficiency and accuracy. Communicate quotes and service details to customers clearly through email and phone, emphasizing the value of our services. Direct complex inquiries to the Sales Coach for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and promptly address customer questions via email to maintain high service standards. Uphold company culture with professionalism and a positive attitude in all digital interactions. Conduct timely follow-ups on estimates and quotes digitally, reducing the need for physical visits. Adhere to digital security and privacy standards in the use of company tools and resources. Execute other tasks as needed to support team objectives and improve process efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Strong computer & software skills. Highly motivated and confident. Ability to work behind the computer for long hours. Enthusiastic and positive. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
