We're a growing consulting business just outside Kingston, Ontario that partners with senior management , business owners and executives, specializing in operations management, project coordination, business process improvement and administration management. We help organizations streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and execute projects seamlessly.
We are now seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone with a strong network, marketing/sales skills, or recruitment experience who is looking for flexible, performance-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential business clients (small to mid-sized companies, startups, entrepreneurs, etc.)
Promote our services in operations consulting, project coordination, and process improvement
Build and maintain relationships with leads until successful conversion
Communicate regularly with the business owner (me!) to share updates and feedback
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development
Is well-connected or skilled in lead generation, especially in B2B services
Understands or is curious about business consulting and operational strategy
Self-motivated, proactive, and professional
Compensation: This is a commission-based or referral-based role.
You will receive: A competitive and generous percentage per closed client contract (rate discussed during onboarding)
