As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our clients.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement. Manage retail sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Multilingual skills are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
