ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Clinical Support Clerk, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our rehabilitation program. You will be a key point of contact for clients, families, and staff, supporting an inclusive environment where client dignity, recovery, and personal development are prioritized.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education/Experience:


Diploma in office administration program or related program Clerical experience preferably in a healthcare environment




Skills/Abilities:


Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to identify, understand, and meet the requirements of internal and external customers Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team Independent judgment when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, including the ability to maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information relating to clients and/or hospital business Proficient in data entry with the ability to maintain a high degree of speed and accuracy Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology Demonstrated regular attendance at work




Assets:


Experience with UKG and Meditech applications an asset




Conditions of Employment:


This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory

Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)

where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
