What you'll do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Assist guests on the sales floor with product selection in hunting/fishing, outdoor adventure, and other in-store merchandise
Follow procedures and regulations to organize and process documents, paperwork, and records pertaining to (Lake Country Co-op Outdoors) LCCO and in-store sporting good sales, this includes references, license checks, invoice records, bear spray and powder, primer protocols, warranties/claims
Perform daily audit of inventory and previous days sales, complete batch and terminal closure
Process online sales then prepare, package, and mail parcels
Provide Legendary customer service - LCCO correspondence, returns, and special orders
Implement LCCO flyers/sales/clearances/promotions (schedule the sales and create the online coupons), schedule and remove promotional pricing
Complete receiving audit of items for LCCO and update incoming inventories
Execute website item creation and upload including downloading stock images and display item attributes and inventory availability
Maintain LCCO website post and link rebates, post blogs, perform back-end customer management, images and seasonal updates
Maintain all LCCO price files and changes and point of sale, including website and Mi9
Assist with cycle counts; label, organize, and merchandise stock
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a Career in Website Administration and Customer Service and:
You are well organized and can work independently, or as part of a team in a demanding environment with minimal supervision
You work well under pressure and are savvy with balancing and meeting multiple strict deadlines
You possess strong oral and written communication skills and communicate effectively using multiple communication channels
You are goals driven, attentive to detail, and hold precision and accuracy as core values
You are available to work a flexible schedule; some evenings and weekends are required
You must be able to fulfill physical job requirements - some manual labour is required
You Possess advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe) knowledge
You have previous web store experience required, the ability to multitask and work efficiently with multiple tabs open is an asset
You are a visionary and efficient web user; able to obtain appropriate search results quickly, navigate (Business to Business) B2B platforms to obtain appropriate brand materials
A Valid driver's license (class 5 minimum) is required
