Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Operate the gas console and follow all safety processes
Support the car wash and laundromat also on site
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
